Plusnet Hub Two Default Group bug

I have a bug with the default group for access control.  I have two devices that I cannot remove.

I also keep get an entry like those below in the event log repeating every minute

remove device from group [Default]

I have firmware v0.10.00.04201-PN installed on 19th June.

Any ideas as to what is causing this, it not causing an issues but is rather annoying.

Re: Plusnet Hub Two Default Group bug

Fix

Hi @Minxymoo

From past experience with the Hub Two and Hub One, if a reboot does not resolve the issue then it will have to be a factory reset.

I would not use a previous backup and then restore it after a factory reset as this would likely restore the issue.

Seems a bit drastic, but I'll give it a try and let you know.

Re: Plusnet Hub Two Default Group bug

Are the devices still connected to the Hub when you try to remove them from the group?

Wondering if you disconnected them first would help or disconnecting them and then remove them from the devices list.

A reset seems to have fixed it
