I need to update my router firmware. It is not exposed to the internet, its used as an internal gateway and therefore no updates are automatically received
Can anybody advise how can i update the firmware of my router please?
Only Plusnet can update it. For them to do this it has to be connected as the main modem/router. Is there any reason why you need to update it? As it is behind your new modem/router you should have no security concerns.
