Plusnet Hub One and BT Smart Hub 2

Hi

I have a Plusnet Hub One fibre router.  Working from home and been experiencing poor quality voice over ip (voip).  BT have tested the line and said the link is OK). We are currently using a neighbours wifi which is some 50ft away and works well.  They are with BT and have a Smart Hub 2 router.

My question is will a BT Smart Hub 2 work on Plusnet?
