Plusnet Hub One Firmware Update

currently on Software version 4.7.5.1.83.8.226 Last updated 04/11/16 and was wondering if my 2 routers could be updated.  both have been factory reset

Hi there.

As they're on really old firmware it's likely that the routers aren't on the hardware management(TR069) platform. If you can PM me the serial numbers and account usernames I'll be happy to sort that out.

Once they're on the TR069 platform, you'll just need to do another factory reset and they'll update within a day or so. 

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
