Plusnet Hub One Firmware Update Request

Hi Bob, 

Can I please request for you or one of your lovely Technical Team to push the latest Firmware to my Plusnet Hub One?

Despite several resets over the months, the Hub has never updated the Firmware (as you can see below) which may explain several issues I have experienced since joining Plusnet from Sky:

I can provide you with my Router Serial Number if required.

I've filed a request formally to our products team to update the firmware in your router. Due to a temporary issue we're currently experiencing with the hardware management system affecting this I'd allow around a week for the request to be actioned. Let us know how things look this time next week.

@mort7890, pretty sure there's newer firmware than that. Looks like there's two serial numbers attached to the hardware component on your account. Can you PM me the serial number of the router you're using and I'll be happy to request that your firmware is updated if you want?

I am now confused as to the firmware updates as Bob Pullen on page 11 reported that this as the latest firmware

I could be wrong but I'm still fairly certain there's a newer version.

I've posted a message to our products team to confirm what the latest firmware version is.
