Plusnet Hub One Admin Password

Can't log into my router for the first time, Using the user admin and the password on the card. It's all new, so the settings have not changed. Is 'admin' the right user? I've also tried 'administrator'.

Any tips?

Look at the card that slides in on back of router; all details on that

Hi, yes, I've got those details but they don't work.

Use a paper clip, press in the reset pinhole button on the back of the router to reset to factory setting.
