Plusner Hub One failing?
I have had fibre broadband since December last and have a Plusnet Hub One.
It worked fine for the first three months but then locked up and required a power cycle. It has done this a total of seven times now and the interval between these events has been decreasing and a power cycle is currently required every two weeks.
The symptoms are that internet access is lost (both from wired and wifi equipment) and the router's web interface page is also not available, either from wired or wifi devices. The power and broadband lights on the router are both orange at this point. Even the Restart button on the top of the Hub One has no effect and I have to use the power button to switch the router off and restart it.
Is this a failing router?

I've just pushed a software update to your hub which I'm hoping will resolve this issue. I'm making some assumptions on the cause, yet it's worth a shot.
You'll need to power cycle to apply the update.
Keep an eye on things and let me know how it goes.
