BT are now here. He’s found an interference fault. He’s just trying to find where it’s at.

The engineer is happy with the line. He says he’s found and fixed the fault. Tested my line and all looks good. I’ve just done a speed test and get 49.11Mbps.

I’ll keep an eye on it for a few days regarding dropouts and speed.

The hub went off last night between 8-9pm. So far it’s remained connected. Speed now is 46.95Mbps.

Hello.

Router went off about 2am. Don’t know if it was just the once. Was doing so well.

Speed is still around 45Mbps.

Going to keep an aye on it over the next week.

Router went off around 7 this morning again. Speed is now 40.18Mbps.

Hi Andy. I'd recommend continuing to monitor this for a week or so as this will give us a bigger picture of what's happening. Your router is still getting a speed of 48.8mbps and there's no issues detected and the drops seem minimal:

Hub has been ok since Friday morning but download speed has never been in to 40s since.

Seams to be anywhere from 35 to 38Mbps.

I’m using the BT wholesale test site on a wired connection.

Router went off about half 2 this morning.

Speed is 41.08.

I'm sorry to see your speeds are starting to decline although our testing is still showing your sync speed up at 55mbps. We can see the drops you've had though which would likely explain your lower download speed/throughput.

I'd recommend continue monitoring this and if the drops continue, we'll need to arrange another engineer visit.
