Plus net hub one not showing all connected devices

For a few weeks now, the Plus Net Hub One fails to show a list of all devices that are connected to it. There are numerous devices connected either on 2.4GHz and on 5GHz (about 15), as well as two devices connected over Ethernet. Only 2 - 3 show, none of the Ethernet devices show, whether on the front page or in the DHCP map under advanced settings.

This is preventing me from being able to assign specific devices static IP addresses, specifically my media server and my printer. Is anyone else facing this? Any advice?

Re: Plus net hub one not showing all connected devices

Is this the issue you are experiencing following a recent firmware update?

How long it takes to roll out the fix remains to be seen.

Hi @chrismak

Thanks for getting in touch.

I believe my colleague @bobpullen has been looking at this on the alternative thread linked by @bill888

Best wishes,
