Plus net 1 router orange

I have fibre broadband and a plus net one router, haven't had an issue in last year it has always worked fine.

For some reason today when I got up today the router had  a solid orange light .

i have tried turning it off and then on and also pressing the top reset button but it is still orange.

i don't know what to do now, any advise would be welcome.

I have phoned plusnet and it appears there is a local fault, so fingers crossed it will be resolved by this afternoon.
