Plus Hub Two - IP address denied

I have just installed my new Hub 2.  I use Tp Link powerline adapters.  Having reset them from the previous router and despite all the correct LED indications no connection occurs, seemingly because an IP address is not present.  In another system (with Archer 1210v) the same powerline adapters work perfectly, thus it seems like an issue of default settings in the new router. Any ideas

Just to be clear, are you saying that the LEDs are correct on the powerline adaptors but that a device connected via them doesnt obtain an IP address ?

Which port on the Hub 2 is the powerline adaptor connected to ?

Re: Plus Hub Two - IP address denied

The master powerline is connected to LAN3 port.  The receiver powerline show power / network and ethernet lights but when the connected device is interogated no ip is assigned.

Re: Plus Hub Two - IP address denied

Why did you need to reset them?

Does the connected device work with an Ethernet cable? It could be that it’s the connected device hasn’t been reset to be compatible with the Hub 2 IP address range

Which TP Link Adapters?

Why did you reset them?

A reset will return them to factory default settings ... which could include reactivating their internal DHCP service ... which might not be helpful.  For example see - Powerline adapter looses connectivity (running DHCP server?) - Home Network Community
