Hi there, I don't use the Hub One, never have, and I have someone that could use it. Is it still the case that I need to get Customer Service to de-register the modem from my account, or is this not necessary? I have TR-069 disabled on my account if that makes any difference.
I am not disconnecting service, I just use my own modem, and not aware if the hardware is attached to my account as it looks from the literature it's really plug and go, hence the question. I would fall back on my BT Home Hub if my kit gave up the ghost rather than use the Hub One.

I've completely removed the Hub from your account so it should be good to go to a new home. Happy to register the device with another user if needs be but they'd need to contact me directly.
