Not sure when this has started happening but it dropped whilst I was watching Netflix and looking back over the logs, it happens around the same time every night.
Doesn't look like the actual line de-syncs just the PPP session is dropped and re-established as the DSL uptime counter shows 38 days.
Any suggestions as to why?

Struggling to explain this one, but this is definitely a PPP drop and the time it's happening points towards our hardware management platform.
Your device was tagged as part of an early deployment to a newer firmware version late last year, however strangely your device didn't update until early hours of this morning. I can only imagine the PPP drops have been failed attempts to apply this upgrade.
I've just pushed the latest available version to your router that I'm fairly confident will stop this happening. Keep an eye on it and let me know tomorrow if that's not the case.
Note that your router will have rebooted to apply the update so apologies if you were in the middle of anything.

Very odd
Right, I've completely reprovisioned your device at our side. Try a factory reset by inserting something into the pinhole at the back of the device until the status light flashes green.
When things come back up, I'm hoping that will be the end of the problem?

Ok used a pin until the light turned green, router came back up and was reset to defaults, I guess we will see what happens at 00:30 tonight.

Just checked myself
I'm now wondering if the hardware management platform is a red-herring, as I can't see how it's causing these drops. Our RADIUS servers do suggest it's a remote influence that's responsible though.
Can you provide a handful of log entries from before the 00:27:15 event please?

Wondering if this issue could be linked to mine...
https://community.plus.net/t5/My-Router/Hub-one-losing-wifi-connection/td-p/1587602/page/3
This thread says fixed, which it is for the person who started it. I joined in the discussion around a week back as my problem seemed similar.
Maybe someone from Plusnet can investigate further?

Hmm... that might be the next option for me if things don't improve. I'll be very interested to see if it does fix thing for you @cspiby.
We shouldn't really be having to go down this route though. Plusnet's router should be capable of doing the job it's intended for!
