We shouldn't really be having to go down this route though. Plusnet's router should be capable of doing the job it's intended for!
I think it's safe to say at this stage that your problem is unrelated to the router.

So exactly the same problem, down to the minute with the BT Hub 6.

@Prawnyloks, I'm best leaving that with those overseeing your fault ticket. I hope we can get to the bottom of it.
@cspiby, I'm relieved and confused in equal measures. Glad it's nothing specific to our hardware, but in all my years this would be the first instance I've seen of a regular remote reset like the one you seem to be experiencing. Do you talk to any of your neighbours, and do you know whether or not they experience similar?

Yes, quite possibly. Trying to establish whether or not we need to be looking at our network, or the Wholesaler's.
