Our router won't retrieve the time

I'm trying to set up access control. It was working a few weeks ago but then a power cut happened and since then it has been unable to retrieve the time (on the access control panel it just says 'Current time: retrieving' for eternity) and when access control is switched on the internet is blocked at the wrong time as a result of this.

Have you tried a factory reset? Have your username and passwords to hand before doing this..
