When you say you have to log in again are you suffering the same issue as I had here?

It is worth reading the few subsequent posts as well.

Plusnet did resolve this but I don't really know what happened. I suspect they don't either!

@Henz19, it sounds like your router isn't correctly registered on our hardware management platform. I'll not be in a position to fix this until after the new year, but if another staffer sees this beforehand they should re-add your serial/mac etc. to your account and then have you factory reset from your side.
