One Hub Watchdog Resets (cause 0x3)

Hello, I've had my broadband provided by plusnet for the past 9 months and throughout that time I've had constant disconnects from my Hub One router. Previously I thought this was an issue with the line, however no fault was found and after months of trying to resolve the issue I gave up. 

 

Today I found that a common reason (I think) for the drop outs is "Boot reason: watchdog reset (cause: 0x3)" which, from reading another post, could be related to faulty hardware. I would appreciate some assistance on this matter.

Sorry to hear about problems with your broadband. I have now arranged replacement of router. You should receive it within 3-5 working days.
