Odd reboot issue

My hub1 just appeared to reboot itself last night. It was on around 55days uptime, but looking at the logs no obvious reasons for this reboot. Not too fussed, waited till all back up, but nothing connected to Ethernet could access internet. Sky boxes error out. I eventually fixed this by switching the router off for 5mins and restarted it.

 

Has anyone else seen this behaviour...

Really sorry to hear that you're having problems with your router, it might be worth posting here to see if your router needs a firmware update pushed though?

 

Saying that, you've had your Plusnet Hub One for quite a while, I'd be happy to send out a new one for you if you issue has been continuous. Please let me know Smiley

@penfold  - the operating system essentially crashed:-

Jun 23 21:20:07 2021 (   17.920000) Boot reason: watchdog reset (cause: 0x3)

Wouldn't worry about it too much unless it starts occurring frequently.

PS. have taken the opportunity to upgrade you to the latest firmware which will be applied the next time you restart the router.

Likely maybe due the length of uptime maybe, and it's not actually been rebooted properly for months...
