Noisy router

We swapped in july to plusnet and havent been very impressed with the reliability and noisy router. Tried all the things that are suggested on the website but to no avail. I would like a new router. I've never heard a router like it from previous companies.

Also, have a read of my reply to another customer here. There's no guarantee the replacement will be any better in terms of noise I'm afraid.
