Noisy Router

Hi. When we are streaming our router makes a grinding sound. Can anyone advise if this is a problem and if there is a fix for this please?

If it's a Hub One then some of them are noisy. It's not a problem if you don't mind the noise. If it's fairly new and it irritates you then complain to Plusnet and ask for a replacement on the basis that it's not fit for purpose.

Sorry to hear that. Do any of your devices use the 5GHz frequency?

Hello. Thanks for your message. I'm not sure about that. Do you know how we would check?

We have restarted the router as well as all of our devices that we connect to the wifi with as well as ensuring all devices have up to date software. 

Is there anything else you could suggest?
