No update for 2 weeks since upfront payment

I did a 1 year upfront payment with plusnet on 22/9 and its been over 2 weeks with no updates about the arrival or activation date. Haven't been able to get through the phone lines either. Any help?

Hey,

 

Im in the same boat. Paid up front and haven't heard a peep.

 

Suppose to be activated tomorrow but don't have a router yet.

 

Fingers crossed it turns up tomorrow, defiantly the worst switchover I have had so far, altho could get worst haha

 

I'd say try the chat, but I havent been able to gain access since this afternoon.

The chat never working, have been trying for many days at different times... phone lines are always a 20 minute wait as well, and i have gotten no info about when it'll be activated....worrying!
