No more than 100 sessions

Hi,
My go live date was 2 days ago, my line has been average at best and taking a lifetime to load pages when my speeds are good.

Now I cannot get into my settings as it’s saying ‘no more than 100 sessions’ I have tried to press the advanced settings tab and nothing, same with the other three.

Router is blue light but no one is home, any help would be great please?
