New to Plusnet - moving from BT

Hi,

Over the next few days I'll be receiving the Plusnet Hub One router and I am checking installation instructions.

On the previous BT setup there were two devices, and I am wondering if they will both go.

@Justin2 Welcome to the forum.  🙂

Yes, the Hub One will act as a combined router and modem, replacing the present discrete devices.

@Justin2

The HubOne is a rebadged BT HH5 which is a combined modem / router so will replace both your current units. It's not the greatest unit in the world but it seems to work for most customers (but not all!!!)
