New router

Hi I been with Plusnet for 5 years I can't remember when I received my router but it just doesn't seem the same it's been reset and it's it still seems really slow and sometimes can't be found.or connected to.
How do I go about getting a new one please

When are you due to renew? You won't get a 'free' one unless you ask at renewal, but a better option would be to get a BT Homehub off such as eBay. Full details are on the 'My Router' board on the forums.
