New router

Hi,

Plusnet sent me a new router as the wireless was failing on the old one. All installed but only getting 1.8 maps now instead of 66 I was getting before. Is this normal and getting  better. I used the bt wholesale test. Router home page says "set up plusnet etc." Should it not have my username plusnet etc,

Yes, @Chrisvesey  - you can set that yourself, but do so with the DSL cable disconnected.

Hi,

All sorted by technical support, got straight through  on the phone and the chap sorted it out, speed now 67 maps
