Hi, I’ve just tried to set up my router (yesterday). All that happens when I try to sign in to WiFi is it takes me to the router page. The router says it’s connected, but I have no broadband still. I’m clearly doing something wrong, I just can’t work out what! Any help would be greatly appreciated, I’ve waited 3 weeks to get this far (request was originally cancelled with no notification!).
