New Router

Hi there,

 

My username is olleh,

 

I've been a loyal customer for a few years now, and have recently moved house and upgraded my service with you to the unlimited plus fibre.  Unfortunately I wasn't offered a new router, so I am still using the old Technicolor TG852n FTTC router and an openreach modem.

 

 

My question is please could I have one of the new routers as I have been a loyal customer and just signed up for a new 18 month contract at a faster speed for more money?

I have had the autherisation given to send you a new router. This should be with you mid next week.
