New Router

I've had the same router since joining Plusnet in 2015. It's started to become a little unstable, and the connection has suffered. Since I've renewed a couple of times, I'm wondering how I can request a replacement router. Lots of topics on here asking the same, but I can't find a solution…

@XWizBT , welcome to the forums. When is your next renewal due - if you want a new Plusnet router, I would suggest you request one at that time - the price of one mid-contract is around, IIRC, £100.00 and not worth it.

You would be better all round to buy a second-hand BT HH6 from eBay - connection and set-up details are at the top of this board.
