Been with plusnet for a while now, and think I need a new router. Noticed it’s been buzzing quite loudly for the last week and both me and my wife are experiencing slow down. Tried all the fixes, and it’s not getting any better. My sister in law lives next door and is with plusnet, hers is perfect and fast!
I renewed contract in November 19 so wondering if there’s a way of getting an updated router?
