New Router! New Issue

Having had multiple issues of WiFi drop outs over a few weeks (a common problem according to the threads here) PN sent me (very promptly) a replacement router! On setting it up I noticed the Broadband User Name was set to "setup@plusdsl.net"

When I clicked the link to enter my User name it said "You are already connected no further action required" Although I'm NOT connected and the Hub 'landing page' keeps coming up! Also the speed has dropped considerably from the usual speed I got with my previous router! I've had to go back to the old router which is limping me with service again! Anyone know how to get rid of the 'default' BB User name?

@KIngsgroove

Either click Disconnect or remove the DSL lead. change setup to your account username followed by @plusdsl.net, enter your account password, then Reconnect
