My router is not working

My routers light has changed to orange and I have no WiFi. It just changed suddenly. I have tried switching it on and off. Do I need an engineer to have a look and fix it? Thanks

What router are you using, and it the light solid orange, or flashing? Have you tried powering the router off/back on and if so, does that make any difference?

Hi, I’ve got the router plusnet supplied. It’s solid orange and there seems to be a little ‘b’ under it that randomly flashes on and off. Thanks

The flashing 'b' suggests you may have a line fault.

First thing I would suggest is to raise a fault ticket here.
