My router hasn't arrived yet

Morning my new line is due to be installed on the 15th June and I haven't had any updates of my router being sent out to me I'm  concerned that we are now on Thursday and I haven't had any updates on it being sent out especially with the delays with the Royal Mail can you please let me know where my router is? I'm a new customer and I am not impressed with the lack of update if I'm honest.

Hi there, I've just had a look into this and can see that it was dispatched yesterday so there's every chance it should arrive today, tomorrow or Monday at the latest.

Mine's going live on the 16th and hasn't been posted out yet either. I assume it will be. (I don't actually need it as I'm using my own router, but obviously it's best to have the official one ready in case of any fault-finding needed).
