My Router hasn’t been updated since last September

My router has been suffering connection orange light problems multiple times a day recently and it hasn’t been updated since last September and was hoping an update could be pushed to it’ for the main body.

I have investigated this issue and do not believe the router to be the issue at all.

There appears to be an issue with the line into your premise itself.

 

Please read this ticket on your account and reply to it so we can raise an engineer to rectify the connection problem.
