I placed an order for fibre broadband at the beginning of Dec 20. My broadband went live after 17th Dec 20 when the engineer called and I am being billed, however, I have still not received my router and can not get in contact with customer services. I haven't even sat on hold only been cut off as there is too many calls. There doesn't seem to be an email address or live chat working either for customer services. This is a last hope!
