Modem Update

I put in a request through a support agent on chat, last week, to get an update pushed to my hub one router - but nothing has changed.

 

Its still Plusnet Hub One | Software version 4.7.5.1.83.8.237.2.2 | Last updated 17/03/18

 

Is there is a new firmware? where can i find it?

For what it's worth I've just received a new Hub One and it came installed with version 4.7.5.1.83.8.263 so a more recent number but the significance of that I don't know!

Hi @neilru, can you reply to the ticket I've created here with the requested routers details. If you let us know on here once you've added a reply on the ticket we'll add the details to the account and if you then factory reset the router it should push through an update.

Thanks for confirming the detail @neilru 

I've re-added your router into the hardware management system, could you carry out a factory reset by pushing a paperclip into the reset pinhole at the back for 20 seconds? You should then see the firmware update within a couple of days.
