Since changing ISP to plus net I've been having issues using remote desktop to connect to my work PC.
The infrastructure team at work are stating nothing has changed their side with the work network config, so trying to debug my side to see if it's a setup issue with my router perhaps.
I'm using the dynamic update client for NO-IP and I remote onto my work PC with the IP address.
Some of my colleagues have tried to remote onto my work PC and it has worked without issue.
I do not use VPN.
I've checked that my external IP is the address being used by the dynamic update client and it is.
Checked the firewall on the router, even disabled it to try again and still no luck.
Just wondering what steps I can take to try and figure out a resolution for this.
