Lost WiFi account details from back of router

Somehow we've lost the detachable account details panel which comes out of the back of the router. 

Do you know how I can request a new one to find out the router password and name?

I've searched all the topics - no joy.

@firebrand777  Welcome to the forum.

Is there not another sticker fixed on the back with the details? From memory this normally lives either under where the pull out card was or on the bottom.

Ah-ha! Thanks Baldrick1! There wasn't on the area where the plaque was but there is a sticker on the bottom. Thanks for your help!
