My router has started to lose ethernet connection. I have tried different ports and am now onto my third cable ..my wifi is stable but I keep losing my lan connection which is set up for security cameras..
I'm sorry for any inconvenience that the dropping ethernet connection is causing you. As you've tried changing the port and cable and you aren't experiencing any problems with wireless connections, it's likely that this is being caused by a router fault.
I've sent you a replacement router to try and there's no charge for this, as your current router is under twelve months old. We'd normally advise that the new router will arrive within 3-5 working days but it may take slightly longer under the current circumstances.
