Please accept my apologies for the issue with your broadband service.
After testing the line, we can see that your service has dropped 3 times within 24 hours but the speed is between the estimates for the line.
As you are powering off the router when the connection drops, do you know if the connection reestablishes when given the time to reconnect? Due to the event log, please connect your router to the test socket and if the persists raise a fault. Once complete, let us know on here so we can progress the issue.
