Is this router suitable for a FTTC connection?

Hi all,

I've been having lots of issues with my router recently, so I'm going to replace it. Is this suitable? I know it was Plus Net in the title, just want to double check.

I have a FTTC connection with speeds of 75 down and 20 up, I think I need one with a built in ADSL modem, which I think this has? https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00O27PHGY/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Thanks,

Dan

Fix
You need a VDSL modem for fibre, which that has as well so should be fine.

Re: Is this router suitable for a FTTC connection?

@Azakius Don't buy it! The ASUS DSL AC68U is the worst VDSL modem/router ever. It has the inferior Mediatek Chipset and is almost certain to give you problems with poor speeds and dropping connection.😧

As an alternative the BT Smarthub 6 will perform well and is available on a well known auction site for a reasonable price.
