Is there a better router to replace the One hub on fibre broadband?

My Plusnet One hub seems to work OK, but I feel it could be better and maybe it just needs an update on software version 4.7.5.1.83.8.263 | Last updated 27/02/19?

On Wi-Fi, Alexa is erratic and drops off as does the 5g to a phone and a Mac and Netflix, Amazon and YouTube tends to toggle from 4k to 720HD or give the odd spinning circle of wait.

Looking at this forum https://www.cnet.com/forums/discussions/when-should-you-replace-your-wi-fi-router/ it seems  to suggest updating and/upgrading is a good idea.

Hi there @Leapy Smiley You'd be best posting on this forum post to get your Hub One firmware updated.
