Does anyone know whether Plusnet's Sagemcom 2704N router is vulnerable to the Mirai attack that seems to be causing big problems for many other ISPs at the moment?
This exploit depends on port 7547, which is open by default on the 2704N (and I think cannot be closed). But my current understanding is that not all routers that use port 7547 for maintenance will be at risk.
I know the 2704N is a very basic router in many ways, but I really like mine. I hope I don't have to replace it.
