Internet Speed Slow

I have had impressive speed for past a few months not just with my PlusNet router but my TP-Link Router for upstairs going over 30MBPS but just recently from October when I was having troubles with my WiFi and we got sorted my speed isn't as fast, as usual, have I done something wrong for this to happen?
