So my services went live today....hooked up my hub1 and got connection no issues then I went to set a static internal I.P on Ethernet
Advanced settings
Devices
Lan 1
1GB/s
No device listed so I can't set a static I.P
however device is connected and is accessible both internet and external
So I call tech support to ask for help and get sorry but we won't offer you support on this.
Anyone have any ideas please I have tried all 4 Lan ports and 4 different devices.
Thank you in advance

Not sure what you're trying to do here. Don't you just set a static IP on the actual device. I don't think the router can do it for you.

Yes you can set on device but if you want to use port forwarding then said device has to be listed on router and the router is not listing any wires device for me to use port forward
