Hi,
The connection between my office PC and the router (BT Home Hub 5) has been increasingly intermittent over recent weeks. Other devices have not been affected (including a laptop which is connected through the same switch and powerline network)
Looking at the router's event log, it seems the PC is repeatedly requesting a new lease which the router renews but the PC doesn't see so sends out a new lease request. Sample below.

This is confirmed by the DHCP Client event log in the PC: Your computer was not able to renew its address from the network (from the DHCP Server) for the Network Card with network address xxxx. The following error occurred: 0x79. Your computer will continue to try and obtain an address on its own from the network address (DHCP) server.
Not really sure where to begin with this. Could any gurus out there help with the problem?
