I PAD intermittently not connecting to wireless

I recently added an Amazon Echo Dot to my wireless network and ever since my trusty old ipad seems to disconnect intermittently from the network. Unplugging the Dot seems to fix the issue. Just wondering if an upgrade to my router's software may help or if there is anything else I can do.

The firmware version is: Plusnet Hub One | Software version 4.7.5.1.83.8.263 | Last updated 21/03/19

Re: I PAD intermittently not connecting to wireless

First thing I'd check is if your hub is trying to assign the same IP address to both devices.

In Hub Manager got to Advanced Settings -> Home Network -> Devices to check.

Set them both to use DHCP and your hub should assign them unique addresses.

You might need to restart both devices for to get their new IPs.
