Hub reset and needed log in again - hack or malfunction?

Hi all, while our problem is technically "fixed" I'm a little worried that something suspect is happened.

Last night ( approx. 12midnight) our internet dropped out ( Amber light, Red broadband B), had a quick go with resets but I was tired and needed sleep!

Woke up this morning, read through the booklet - relogged into the Hub Manager and everything is fine (so far).

I did wonder though, what caused this to happen, for the hub to reset itself and need logging in again. Was this a fault with the device or did someone try to hack us? How can I see who/what has logged in to our hub?

Cheers, V

@Beeferoni  Welcome to the forum

It could have been anything from BT maintenance work through a surge on the mains to the hub having a random wobbly. It is very very unlikely to have been caused by a hacker. Only worry about it if it becomes regular.
