Hub one wifi/firmware issue

I'm using the hub one supplied to me by plusnet, why would I ask for a router firmware update on 3rd party router. If you read this whole chat ive even put current firmware being used dating back till 2019, hence the firmware push. Also I've also stated that bt wholesale speedtest doesnt allow me to view ip profile & ip profile - mouselike.org also wont allow it either.

Weird that im getting internet but showing offline on isp side.

Theres something definately not right, cant use bt wholesale ip profile & Isp cant see router.

I've read the chat @Faizan786.

It just seems really strange that the only active router showing on your account has been supposedly offline since May. Tell you what, send me a PM with the router's serial number and MAC address, I'll get this looked into.
