Hub one firmware update request

We've begun having numerous problems with our Hub One router, upon inspection I've noticed on the router home page that the routers software version is 4.7.5.1.83.8.217.1.1 and Last updated 18/12/15.
I was hoping to find out what the current firmware version is and how I go about updating this.
Thanks

Your firmware is out of date, the latest ends 263.
You cannot update it, it has to be done remotely by Plusnet. Your Hub looks to have been left out of the database as it should have been done automatically.
You will have to either contact Plusnet or wait and see if a staffer comes along and picks up your post.

@Morris, if you factory reset your router by inserting something into the pinhole at the rear of the device until the status light flashes green, then you should find the latest firmware is pushed to your device within 2-3 days.
