Hub making hissing noise

My Hub has been constantly makinh hissing noise. I read some post and turned off the 5Ghz mode following the instruction and the noise issue gets better, but the wifi speed has dropped down. Can I have a replacement Hub?

Is it like a high pitched noise? Mine is doing the same and it's really annoying. Even just scrolling down a web page sets it off!
